Dennis Barnes is a full-time certified inspector dedicated to his craft. Honest and ethical, Dennis has a successful track record of completing over 2,400 building inspections, walk-through surveys, physical condition assessments, feasibility studies, ADA surveys and construction draw inspections.

With his diverse Engineering / Architectural / Construction background, Dennis tackles each inspection with a thoroughness rarely found in the industry.

He has developed a unique inspection technique using an laser thermometer, protimeter (moisture meter), digital camera, electric circuit tester and other useful tools.
